There are four main features you'll need to set up in your voicemail:

• • Greeting

  • New personal security code

  • Recorded name

  • directory access code

Press the Message button on your phone. Enter the security code.

At that point, look at the LCD screen on the phone.

Press the button under SETUP on the screen,

here you record your greetings (under GREET)

and (under PERS) the letters used in the directory (SPELL) and your recorded name (RCNAME)

NOTES:

In your greeting, please make sure you record in your greeting how often you check your voicemail. Or if you would prefer the caller to leave a message somewhere else or EMAIL you, be sure to record that in your greeting!

Directory - This is how people can find you through the directory when they call the school voicemail system.

To access your voicemail from anywhere, dial 919-281-0999 (don’t forget to dial 9 for an outside line when on campus). When you hear the main voicemail message dial 9 + Ext (e.g. your extension).
