Veracross provides a reservation system for school resources. These instructions use lower school recess stations as the example, but the same process applies to other resources that are available.

Go to the reservation page from the link in the portal.

Next choose the type of resource.

Select the date you want to use the resource then click Time Range to choose the time. Middle School and Upper School users will usually prefer to choose Block as a way to set the time.

You can also click the time grid for the resource you want and enter the time in the box that appears. You must enter a description for your reservation. Descriptions should begin with the class name such as '4 Blue' to make it easier to identify in a search. Also put at least a single character in the notes field or a clear description of the event.

The My Reservations button at the top, like the My Resources button on the portal home page, will list all your resource reservations. This listing is where you can delete a reservation you no longer want by moving the pointer to the right of the listing and click the trash icon.
